Horndale Distillery and Wine Cellars is one of the oldest vineyards/wineries in the Adelaide region.
Horndale has one and a half acres of Red Frontignac grapes. These grapes are used to make up Horndale's feature wine Old Horndale Brandy Wood Frontignac. Apart from this small crush, the other wine is made off the premises.
Horndale Cellar Door has a fine selection of Red, White, Sparkling and Fortified Wines. With many medal winners in our stable you are sure to find a wine for that special occasion, or even some to put away.
The cellar door is open for tastings and sales seven days a week. Adjoining the cellar is the old Number One Spirit Store, which has been converted to a function room and restaurant. The Function room is ideal for that special occasion and the bistro is popular with tourists and is open Friday nights. Bookings are essential....
